Natalie McMullen is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner at GLO Aesthetics and Wellness with more than a decade of nursing experience. Prior to transitioning into aesthetics, she worked in both a neonatal intensive care unit and a dermatology clinic, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and passion for patient-centered care.

Originally from Baton Rouge, Natalie relocated to Meridian in 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Louisiana State University, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University. She later received her Master of Science in Nursing from University of South Alabama and is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Natalie is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through personalized aesthetic and wellness treatments. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and traveling.

Graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi, Cole started her career as an intensive care RN in 2007. The journey continued at Samford University, where she earned a Masters of Science in Nurse Anesthesia in 2012.

For the past 12 years, Cole has flourished as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), dedicated to ensuring patients’ comfort and tranquility during surgical procedures. Recently, she embraced a new chapter, expanding her knowledge at Beautiphi Academy in aesthetic and facial rejuvenation.
